2. Services

PureAllvo offers bespoke guidance sessions on structural simplification. Sessions may include video calls, document reviews, and personalized recommendations.

2.1 Scheduling and Cancellation

Clients can schedule sessions via our site. To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations incur the full fee.

2.2 Refund and Transfer Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled time qualify for a full refund of any charges paid. Refunds are issued within 7 days of approval. Clients may choose to apply a service credit toward future sessions instead of a refund. No credits or refunds are available for sessions canceled less than 48 hours prior.

3. Digital Products

Our digital guides are sold as one-time downloads. Upon completion of the download, no refunds are provided, as the guide is delivered instantly.

If a download fails due to technical issues, please notify us within 7 days for a replacement link. Beyond that period, no credits or refunds are available.

4. Physical Goods

PureAllvo-branded materials may be purchased through our site.

4.1 Shipment

Items are sent within 5 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

4.2 Mail-Back Policy

Customers may mail back unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the item cost. Shipping charges are not refundable. Once we receive the mailed back item, refunds are processed within 10 days. We may offer an exchange instead of a refund upon request.

5. General Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict rules. Any disputes will be settled in Ottawa courts.

PureAllvo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our offerings implies acceptance of updated terms.
